A little about me…

Hey! It’s so nice to meet you! I thought I could tell you a little about myself and then I can get to know you better too.

I’m A Realtor

I love serving my community as a full-time Realtor in Grand Junction at Metro Brokers / Alyssa Needham Realty. Our Grand Valley community is a part of who I am. And I can’t think of a more rewarding way of helping people, than to have the privilege of guiding them through one of the biggest decisions in their life – buying or selling a home in Grand Junction. I find so much joy in making meaningful connections with others and truly get so much out of helping each person navigate their own personal home buying and selling journey.

I’m a Marketer

For 10 years I served in high-level marketing positions, both regionally and nation-wide, and gained extensive experience in both traditional and digital advertising. This serves me well as a Realtor because I pair tried and true marketing techniques with fresh new ideas to help home sellers market their home to get their home sold quickly at the highest market value.

I’m a Community Advocate

I am passionate about being involved and volunteering in the many organizations that weave together to create the fabric of our community. Some of the organization’s I’ve been involved in include:

  • Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program

  • Young Professionals Network

  • Mesa County Communication Officers Association

  • Colorado Mesa University

  • Western Colorado Community College

  • HopeWest

  • Fellowship Church

  • Family Health West Foundation Board

I was honored just several years ago to be recognized as the Mesa County Young Professional of the Year, presented among 600 peers at the Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Banquet by both the Chamber and the Young Professionals Network. I believe that my passion for people and service to the community reflects in the work that I do each day and that gives me meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.

I Know Grand Junction

Having lived in the Grand Valley for the last 19 years, I have become very familiar with the neighborhoods that make up our community. I’ve also watched the real estate market over those years respond to economic events and changes. This has been a great benefit to my in-town and out-of-town clients.

I’m Educated

Before entering into my professional career, I graduated from good ol’ Fruita Monument High School. I attended Colorado Mesa University and was blessed to have such incredible professors who helped me, with their encouragement and support, make it to graduation day, where I received my Bachelors of Business Administration. I was humbled to be recognized with honors as an Outstanding Student for both my academics and involvement (Business Program, Outdoor Program, and Entrepreneurship Club).

I Love the Outdoors

Believe it or not, I originally moved here with my family from Anchorage, Alaska. But you can’t leave who you are behind, so my love for adventure and the outdoors came with me! You can often find me in my free-time with my husband Steve on an outdoor adventure that involves hiking, riding motorcycles, mountain biking, exploring mountain towns, snowboarding, or gardening.

My heart is to help

If there is ever anything I can do to help you with any of your Grand Junction real estate questions or needs, it would be my honor to be a resource to you and to be your Grand Junction Realtor.
