How is the real estate market?
June numbers are in! And they're telling us the market is great! Our June snapshot tells us:
- $288,000 is the median sales price which has increased 11% since June last year. What does this mean? Home values continue to rise making real estate a great investment.
- 494 homes for sale, which is down 40% from the number of homes for sale in June last year. What does this mean? There are not enough homes on the market to keep up with demand. It's an excellent time to sell right now!
- 80 days on the market before a home is sold. What does this mean? Homes aren't on the market for long before going under contract and being purchased. Things are moving quickly!
